The small town of Seaham is one of the most regenerated areas along the east coast, benefitting from a completely revamped seafront and harbour.

A popular attraction for tourists and locals alike, the beaches are wide and clean, and there are several beautiful walks in the area.

There is also Seaham leisure centre, a well-equipped children’s play area in the town park, a library, and Seaham Hall spa and golf course.

The town is served by Seaham railway station, and local bus routes provide links right across the north east.
