Methods of payment:

Direct Debit

Direct Debit is arguably the easiest the way to pay your rent. It’s simple to set up and can be cancelled any time.

If you want to pay by Direct Debit please download and complete the relevant mandate below, and return to the address on the form:

Online payment

You can pay your rent using our online payment system. Just choose your landlord below to make a payment:

Remember you’ll need your reference number to pay your rent. This number is unique to you; if you don’t know your reference number please call 0191 349 7750.

Standing order

If you want to pay by standing order download and complete the relevant mandate below, and return to your bank or building society:

Credit or debit card

Contact us on our automated telephone line 0300 456 0476. You’ll need the following information available: your debit or credit card; your rent payment card; your rent account number; and a pen and paper to note your receipt number.

Other ways to pay

  • You can use your rent payment card at all Post Offices or PayPoint outlets
  • You can post a cheque to our office address, payable to your landlord, quoting your rent account number on the reverse.
