  • Customer Service Advisor – full time, Bishop Auckland

    As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for providing a first point of contact resolution to customers through all access channels for all enquiries. This vacancy is located in Bishop Auckland.

  • Customer Service Advisor – full time,  Meadowfield

    This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in Meadowfield as a Customer Service Advisor,  in this role you will be the first point of contact for many customers. You will provide professional advice and assistance relating to the delivery of the groups services.

  • Customer Service Advisor – maternity cover, Bishop Auckland 

    We’re looking for someone to join our team as temporary Customer Service Advisor to cover maternity leave for a period of nine months.  In this role you will be responsible for providing contact resolution to customers.  As the first point of contact to many customers you will provide professional advice and assistance relating to the delivery of the groups services. This vacancy is located in Bishop Auckland.

  • Customer Service Advisor – fixed term, Meadowfield

    We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our  team at Meadowfield on temporary basis for 12 months. In this role you will be the first point of contact for many customers. You will provide professional advice and assistance relating to the delivery of the groups services.
