housing group releases its latest online magazine

The latest edition of County Durham Housing Group’s digital newsletter is now available online.

‘group news’ has all the latest developments from right across the county, including progress on County Durham Housing Group’s £138m, 10-year home improvement programme.

And this edition features news of how the ‘group grant’ funding programme has helped no fewer than 77 local organisations access more than £34,000 in its first year.

Group Communications Manager, Jill Ancrum, said: “group news is a great way for residents to find out what we’re working on right across the county. In this issue we’ve also got an update on new ‘Rent to Buy’ homes in Peterlee, how we’ve introduced video call property viewing, and details of two new opportunities to improve your career prospects.”

The magazine is fully responsive so can be easily read on a PC, laptop, tablet and mobile phone here.
