improvements to the customer experience

At County Durham Housing Group, we are always looking at ways to make our services more efficient and effective, and improve the customer experience overall.

In the coming weeks we will be carrying out some major work to introduce our new housing management IT system, which will ensure in the future we can offer a more modern and flexible service to suit our customers’ diverse needs.

some key dates

 In order to keep disruption to a minimum, we will complete the main bulk of this work over the Easter break, between Tuesday, 27 March and Tuesday, 3 April. We anticipate that there may be some slight delays to some services around this time, particularly repairs.

Be assured that all emergency repairs will still be treated as priority during this period. There may just be a small interruption to other repairs appointments. Our advisors will keep you fully informed should you need to contact us during this time.
